Birdwell

Hay Green Court was an interesting 4 unit development centred on a communal courtyard. It consisted of 3 barn conversions and the renovation of the adjacent farmhouse.

The barns were named :

Robin Cottage - the barn adjacent the road named after a colourful local character who lived in a hen hut near the site.

Dalton House - the large central barn named after Dalton Gray who had farmed from here for many years.

Heather Cottage - named after Heather who lives in a cottage adjacent to the site and whose husband Bob painted a water colour of the proposed site which we used for the sales brochure.
